ERP Application Expert (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • you are responsible for all ERP applications across all locations in the plan - build - run understanding
  • you design and improve (modernization, standardization) the ERP - and freight forwarding software, as well as the application landscape
  • you work together with the infrastructure and the service desk teams (also 2nd and 3rd level tasks) on a case-by-case basis
  • you will ensure the availability of all ERP and freight forwarding software and applications for our users at all locations
  • you will act as a contact person for a wide range of functional requirements from the ERP and freight forwarding area and work together with IT demand management
  • together with the IT Vendor Management you support strategic partners in the ERP and forwarding software as well as application environment
  • you support the realization of projects with cross-functional staffing
  • you standardize and consolidate the application creation processes and the associated tools

 

Your profile:

  • you have an IT-related degree or have successfully completed an apprenticeship, ideally as an IT specialist with at least 5 years of professional experience
  • you are characterized by a high level of agility and a good understanding of processes in logistics
  • you are familiar with ERP systems, ideally you have database and programming skills
  • you have good skills in communication, organization and structural reliability
  • you have a good understanding of business processes and cooperation with specialist departments
