Commercial assistant warehouse/logistics (m/f/d) 1

Your tasks:

• operation of the back office area for the business development department
• operating the customer's own software solutions for downloading and responding to RFQs
• support in the conceptual design and implementation of operational, sales-related and strategic projects
• assistance with optimisation projects: You uncover potential, define and analyse measures and implement them sustainably as part of the team.
• carrying out key figure analyses to optimise costs, productivity and quality
• analysis of market potentials
• coordination of the whole internal and external correspondence

Your profile: 

• completed business studies with a focus on logistics, alternatively completed commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as industrial clerk
• ideally basic knowledge in controlling
• organisational and communication skills
• good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
• good MS Office skills 
• independent and team-oriented work 
• sense of responsibility, assertiveness and resilience
