Working students/(mandatory) interns in the field of human resources management (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• support of the clerks in the operative daily business around topics of the HR management
• maintenance of confidential personnel master data
• preparation of personnel-related records and documents 
• processing of project-related team tasks and implementation or coordination of independent projects
• support of applicant management e.g. creation and publication of job advertisements, coordination of appointments for job interviews, etc.

Your profile:

• currently completing a degree in economics 
• ideally, first work experience in the context of an internship or previous work student activities
• experienced use of the MS Office package and good knowledge of Excel
• hands-on mentality, clear communication as well as a high degree of social competence and commitment
