IT employee Service Desk (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • together with your team, you are responsible for all operational tasks of the service desk across the company
  • prioritization and documentation via a ticket system
  • analyzing errors and initiating the respective measures
  • supporting strategic partners in the service desk environment together with IT vendor management
  • support in various IT projects

 

Your profile:

  • completed apprenticeship, also career changers are welcome
  • you are very familiar with common hardware and software (MS Office, Windows 10, printers, networks, etc.)
  • high service orientation and problem solving skills
  • IT affinity, quick comprehension, as well as communication and team skills
