IT employee Service Desk (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- together with your team, you are responsible for all operational tasks of the service desk across the company
- prioritization and documentation via a ticket system
- analyzing errors and initiating the respective measures
- supporting strategic partners in the service desk environment together with IT vendor management
- support in various IT projects
Your profile:
- completed apprenticeship, also career changers are welcome
- you are very familiar with common hardware and software (MS Office, Windows 10, printers, networks, etc.)
- high service orientation and problem solving skills
- IT affinity, quick comprehension, as well as communication and team skills
