The tasks:
- Carrying out recruiting activities and applicant management
- Independent preparation of payroll data and management of personnel-related data
- Control and evaluation of time recording data and absenteeism
- Preparation and updating of statistics, tables and overviews
- Maintenance of the expenses tool
- Communicate with employees on various personnel-related matters
- Support with administrative and organizational aspects of day-to-day operations
- First point of contact for our employees
Your Profile:
- First professional experience in human resources
- Completed training as a personnel services clerk or comparable training
- Independent, structured way of working and passion for organisational tasks
- Team skills, assertiveness, reliability and sense of responsibility
- IT skills (MS Office, Outlook, SAP)
