HR business Assistant (m/f/d) with a focus on employee support

The tasks:

• Carrying out recruiting activities and applicant management
• Independent preparation of payroll data and management of personnel-related data
• Control and evaluation of time recording data and absenteeism
• Preparation and updating of statistics, tables and overviews
• Maintenance of the expenses tool
• Communicate with employees on various personnel-related matters 
• Support with administrative and organizational aspects of day-to-day operations
• First point of contact for our employees

Your Profile:

• First professional experience in human resources
• Completed training as a personnel services clerk or comparable training
• Independent, structured way of working and passion for organisational tasks
• Team skills, assertiveness, reliability and sense of responsibility
• IT skills (MS Office, Outlook, SAP)
