Accounting Team Leader (m/f/d)
The task:
- Head of the Accounting Department (8 employees) and sparring partner for the Finance Division Management
- Responsible for preparing monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HBG
- Continuous development of accounting-related processes and key figures/reporting
- Participation in cross-departmental projects
- Contact person for tax advisors and auditors
Your profile:
- Successfully completed degree in business administration or training as an accountant (m/f/d)
- Confident leader with a structured approach to work, strong analytical skills, and methodological expertise
- Good knowledge of accounting according to HGB
- Hands-on mentality, clear communication, ability to work in a team, high level of social competence
- Relevant professional experience in financial and accounting
- Strong ERP and IT affinity, preferably with SAP S/4 HANA
- Openness to new topic
