Shift Supervisor (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Ensuring smooth and efficient operations
• Organizing and managing industrial employees
• Implementing efficient resource planning and task allocation
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, warehouse rules, process specifications, and quality standards
• Documenting shift documents (logs)
• Monitoring and controlling key performance indicators
• Supporting day-to-day operations (logistics, assembly)

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training, experience in logistics and production environments
• Several years of management experience
• Ability to work in a team, service-oriented and organizational skills
• Sense of responsibility and discretion when handling sensitive data
• Confident use of common Office programs
• Good knowledge of SAP or other HR software solutions is an advantage
• Driver's license for industrial trucks
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (early, late, and night shifts)
